You are invited to the media launch of THE BIG AUTISM THING: "leaving footprints for Autism".
A challenging and hugely exciting fundraising and awareness drive for Autism in South Africa which sees a committed team including two people who have autism walking from Durban to Cape Town on Wednesday, February 8 at 11h30 at The Action in Autism Centre 92 Dahlia Road, Asherville.
Light refreshments will be served.
Six South African Autism Associations have joined hands for this project:
- Academy for adults with Autism
- Action in Autism
- Autism Eastern Cape
- Charity-on-the-go
- De Grendel Home
- The Association for Autism
There are over 90 000 people in KZN alone who are on the Autistic spectrum and need support in many ways.
