Action in Autism’s Vision

To ensure that people with Autistic Spectrum Disorders are respected, accepted and valued as members of society.  To ensure that all people with Autistic Spectrum Disorders access appropriate educational intervention.

Objectives

• To establish resources catering for people with Autism within the geographic region of KwaZulu Natal.
• To provide an assessment and resource centre for specialist information and advice to the families and services caring for people with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• To establish a training centre for educators.
• To constitute lobby and pressure groups to advance the cause of persons with autism.
• To promote advocacy and awareness of Autism Spectrum Disorders.
